1. Delivery Locations
We currently deliver to all cities in Pakistan, including major urban and remote areas.
2. Delivery Time
Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
Major Cities: Usually 2–4 business days
Remote Areas: May take 5–10 business days
Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, or public holidays.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping fee depends on your city and the courier service.
The final delivery fee will be shown at checkout.
Free delivery promotions (if available) will be mentioned on the website.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available in most cities across Pakistan.
The courier may contact you before delivery to confirm your address.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send you:
A tracking number
Courier name
You can track your parcel through the courier’s website.
7. Wrong / Missing Items
If you receive:
The wrong product
Damaged item
Missing items
Contact us within 48 hours with your order number and pictures.
8. Delays
Swagxa is not responsible for delays caused by:
Courier issues
Weather conditions
Incorrect shipping address
National holidays
We will still assist you in tracking the parcel.
